Elite Warrior Training
Welcome, to our elite warrior one day training session. You will join me (Nick Steiner) and other highly conditioned athletes to participate in one of the most challenging and intense workouts you will ever do.
We will start off by picking you up in our transportation between 1-2 pm the Sunday you choose and will drive you and the others to Oxbow Park in Troutdale, which is on the Sandy river. There will we provide you with weighted vests (weight dependent upon your strength and conditioning level), and we take off our shoes (the training is done barefoot).
After a quick warmup of yoga, cardio, and calisthenics we put on the weight vests and walk to the river where we will begin the training. The training includes swimming for 5 minutes, running with a weight vest, pushups with weight vest, planks, side planks and body weight crawls with weight vest, squats with a weight vest and pullups. The training will be performed with minimal rest, circuit training style and we will keep training until fail.
Because of the cold exposure and the direct exposure to the elements, your sense of focus and adrenaline will be at radically high levels, and you will perform above what you are used to. This training will give you a new level of conditioning equivalent to that of a navy seal or a high-level athlete.
Please do not do any heavy lifting 2 days prior to the training, and avoid heavy bench press for at least 4 days until the training.

This training is meant for well-conditioned athletes who are experienced with weightlifting and calisthenics. Anyone attending the training must be able to complete the following strength and conditioning standards.
1) 30 pushups in a row without rest
2) 50 body weight squats in a row without rest
3) Be able to bench press at least 115 pounds for multiple reps
4) You must be a competent swimmer
Furthermore, you must verify that you do not have a heart condition or suffer from epilepsy.
This training will put your body onto survival mode, so you must be able to handle a lot of physical stress without giving up. After the training is complete you will need to walk about a quarter mile to the parking lot with a weighted vest.
There are risks of injury and even death with this training. We are in the natural elements 15 minutes from the nearest town and swimming in a live river. The temperature will be in the 30’s or 40’s.
By participating in the training you verify that you fulfill the strength requirements above, you do not suffer from epilepsy or heart disease, and that Nick Steiner or Cool Blue Training LLC is not responsible for any injuries or fatalities that may occur to you during the training.
